A ONE INSTITUTE

May 10, 2025

Academy operators, this is something you’ll want to pay attention to — ETT-TEST.COM

At A-One Institute, we’ve developed a comprehensive SAT/AP/ACT preparation platform called ETT-TEST.COM, which has recently undergone a major upgrade.

In this message, I’d like to explain in detail the features that students can use within ETT-TEST.COM to aim for a top score, as well as how other academies can manage the platform as Admins.

ETT-TEST Platform

Today’s Topics

  • Features students can use within the platform

  • How other academies can utilize the platform

Platform Testing Features

If you are currently using the ETT-TEST platform, test units are displayed according to their status:

  • Testing: units the student is currently working on

  • Finished: units the student has completed

  • Available: units not yet attempted

Testing Interface

The image above shows the “Testing” screen where students solve questions. We have replicated this interface to match the College Board’s Bluebook system exactly. Students can take notes, highlight text, and more — all the same features available in the Bluebook are implemented here.

Help Button

When a user clicks the “Help” button, they can communicate via message with their teacher or platform administrator. This allows for real-time support when needed.

SAT Analysis Page

Overall Analysis

After completing a full test, students are taken to an analysis page that displays:

  • Their total score

  • Section (subject) scores

  • Percentile ranking

  • A visual overview of their growth

At the bottom of the page, the system also provides suggested colleges and potential majors based on the student’s performance.

Per-Question Analysis

Students can check:

  • How long they spent on each question

  • Whether they answered correctly or incorrectly

This detailed breakdown helps them reflect on their pacing and accuracy.

Weak Chapter Analysis

Using students’ correct and incorrect answers, the system analyzes which areas are weak. If a folder (representing a chapter) has many badges, it means the student frequently got questions wrong in that chapter — indicating a weak area.

Inside each chapter folder, students can:

  • Review each question

  • Check what answer they selected and what the correct answer was

  • Watch brief, targeted lecture videos for better understanding

English Vocab Features

In the English section (unlike Math), you will notice a “V” icon next to some question numbers. This indicates that the vocabulary term in that question is particularly important.

Vocab List

All vocabulary words from a specific test are compiled in a list, shown on a separate page like the example above.

Vocab Test

Students can not only view the vocab list, but also take a vocabulary quiz based on that list — making the learning process active and effective.

“Save Question” = Personalized Mistake Notebook

Inside the ETT-TEST platform, there's a button labeled “Save Question.”Think of this as a way to create your own personal error notebook.

On the question review screen, you’ll see the “Save Question” button in the upper-right corner. Clicking it saves the question so that you can come back to it later and review all your mistakes in one place.

As shown in the example image, students create their own collection of wrong answers. Once they fully understand a concept, they can remove that question from their notebook. If they believe they have mastered the concept, they can move the question to a "Mastered" folder.

Q-Bank Feature (Heatmap + AI)

On the left tab of the platform, you’ll find a button labeled Q-Bank.

The Q-Bank has two main modes:

  • AI-guided study mode

  • Self-study mode using Heatmap visualization

Q-Bank Heatmap

Let’s first go over the Heatmap style of studying:

Heatmap Layout

You’ll see a visually organized graph. For Math, chapters are split into 14 major categories. At our institute, we’ve subdivided those into 72 detailed sub-chapters.

Meaning of Each Square

  • Size: How often the concept appears on the SAT

    • Larger squares = frequently tested topics

    • Smaller squares = less frequent topics

  • Color: The student’s current level of understanding

    • Green = many correct answers

    • Red = many incorrect answers

Review & Practice

Clicking on any square gives you two options:

  • Go to Review: view which questions you got wrong

  • Go to Practice: try similar types of problems again

As students practice and improve, the corresponding chapter’s color will turn green — providing motivation and visual feedback.

Q-Bank AI Mode

Now let’s look at the AI-guided study mode:

Since the AI already understands the Heatmap data, it automatically gives students questions from areas where they are weak. All the student has to do is solve the questions that are presented — the AI will handle the targeting.

Through this method, students naturally gain a deeper understanding of concepts they previously struggled with.

From the Student’s Perspective

When students use ETT-TEST.COM, they can repeatedly practice the types of problems they’re weak in — reducing the chance of making the same mistakes again.

After taking a test, they can:

  • Create an error notebook

  • Use Q-Bank to encounter similar question types

  • Watch mini-lectures on specific concepts

With all of this in one place, students can achieve top SAT scores without even attending a physical academy.

From the Academy’s Perspective

Custom Branding

If another academy wants to use the ETT-TEST platform in Admin mode, they can upload their own logo. Clicking the logo can be set to redirect users to the academy’s homepage.

Admin Mode: Full Control & Data Access

Within the platform, Admins can assign different roles such as teacher or manager. They also gain full access to student sorting and analytics tools.

Sorting Student Data

The screen above shows a list of all students at a specific institution. Admins can sort this data however they like.

Clicking on a student opens up their complete data profile, which includes:

  • Overall test scores

  • Time spent per question

  • Whether each answer was correct or incorrect

This allows for in-depth analysis of every student's performance.

Group Sorting & Question-Level Data

Admins can also perform sorting across all students, not just one individual.

For example:

  • Want to know how your students performed on a specific question?

  • You can analyze the overall correct/incorrect response distribution.

  • See which students got it right, and who didn’t.

The image above shows English chapter-level sorting. You can see what percentage of students answered each chapter correctly.

You can sort data by:

  • Individual question

  • Chapter

  • Type of English passage

  • And more

Assign Tasks to Individual Students

Not only can Admins sort data — they can also assign specific tasks to each student, making it easy to personalize study plans.

Question Export Feature

One of the most powerful tools available is Question Export.

Here’s how it works:

  • Admins select the problems they want from a pool of available questions

  • Those selected questions can be extracted as a PDF

  • This PDF can then be used for offline teaching or assignments

In Conclusion

Today, we introduced you to the many features of www.ett-test.com, a platform developed by our institute with the needs of both students and institutions in mind.

If you're looking to aim for a high SAT score, this platform is built exactly for that purpose.
